Remember “Road Rash” ?!
I spend a fair bit of time with my PS3, and I love it. If you know me at all, you know I’ve basically been playing MAG and only MAG since it came out… Most games I see coming don’t entice me much, certainly not enough to cough up $50+ for a copy… But ROAD RASH, fuck, someone please put it into production for the mighty PS3. Hours of my childhood were spent on the back of a 16bit bike, smashing in heads with chains and lead pipes. I miss it and promise to buy a retail copy, and put in @ least 100 hours of play, and purchase whatever DLC you can come up with! Plz make it happen!!

Some of my D’n'B History…
From 2005-2008 I was working with a small group of friends as ‘Gun Recordings’. Mike SVS (aka RaggaScum) started it as a sister label to his very successful ‘Warlord Dubplate‘ imprint. With focus on techy, neurofunk inspired, high quality music from artists that were mainly unknown at the time, we launched in 2006 with 2 of my earliest tracks, Mirror & Synthfighter.
I have to give a lot of love to the Gun Recordings Family, they really supported me from the start.
We signed tracks from all over the world. It was a great way to cut our teeth in the industry and get an understanding of the incredibly tough & sometimes monotonous nature of putting out such a niche genre of music. While some restructuring in the management of Gun Recordings took place over that first year, the quality of music steadily improved and the tracks garnered some pretty solid attention.
Following a short hiatus during the management restructuring, we planned a double simultaneous release. In March of 2008, ‘The Hostage Situation EP‘ hit the virtual shelves at Beatport.com, and my own ‘Grenade Launcher EP‘ was put out as a 100% free download.
So, here is the free EP, and a direct shot to the entire catalog of Gun Recordings music, exclusively available at beatport.com
It was a shame that the project came to an end… But we’ve all moved on to bigger and better things. Regardless, the music is out there, and thats what we wanted to do from the get-go.

One of our faithful listeners cut the stream and posted it on youtube way back when, and its reached 97,000 views! Not much to share on the ol’ personal blog for the past couple of weeks… I’ve taken a job/contract with a new Toronto based company, and getting things off the ground is really taking up a lot of time. So, my humble apologies, the feed has been slow, but my mind is in overdrive.By the end of October 2010, the site & company should be running very smoothly, and i’ll be ballin… With plenty of time to write inane blog entries! fuck yea!
