I’ve become increasingly politically aware while growing up, and I’m not sure if its a good thing or not… I can tell you, that I’m scared of “The Harper Government’s” plans for this country. If you don’t know about Bill C-10, you should really do some research.
Massive Omnibus Crime Bill Despite Drop In Reported Crime
Every article I’ve seen relates this bill to a huge mistake, often in direct reference to the failed american war on drugs. “Our” government is pushing it through their majority without fully disclosing the costs & ramifications, and this is not the first time they’ve brought it up… This is the first time they’ve bundled it into an “omnibus” bill, something I don’t think is right, considering I live here too… Its seeing shit like this happen that reinforces my want to be involved.
