Like a long lost friend, WEMF returns this summer to once again spread the love! We are pleased to announce the return of the World Electronic Music Festival on the weekend on Aug 12-14, 2011. While the name remains the same, almost everything else has be updated, upgraded and sophisticated. Expect bigger and better talent from even more electronic genres, a much bigger emphasis on art and culture and greater community involvement. Like a phoenix from the ashes, the new WEMF emerges to be much more than it was before but without forgetting from whence it came.
Friday, August 12 to Sunday August 14 in Ontario, WEMF2011 will once again be the largest event of its kind.
And finally, no, I won’t be attending this year… #PETITIONTOBOOKDUBCOMM didn’t work… If you’re there and were hoping to see me, ask the Destiny staff and hopefully we can make it happen for next year!

Faktah & Christina, 2 of the greatest people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing, got hitched.
Best wishes is an understatement, I love em both and am super stoked to see how their new family grows.
Congrats, and thank you so much for inviting me along for the festivities… Being “Faktah’s” wedding and all, we had DnB playing on the dancefloor at last call, OPP showed up at our afterparty, and I woke up the next morning in a daze, far from home… Standards maintained.

some of the best music i’ve heard in a long time. everybody was on fire… that was definitely one of the best i’ve heard from NC-17… Jade put on a neurofunk clinic with a bit of classic tech stuff that really got the crowd going… it was a pleasure to close out the night for the heads that stayed late…

When I get busy, the blog takes backseat…
Haven’t been updating as much as you’d like I’m sure. Ha, like you give a fuck. Business is good, I’m crazy busy with BMInnovators taking off rapidly, so paying attention to drum’n'bass and posting random nonsense hasn’t been at the top of the agenda lately. Thankfully you cunts never comment on anything so I don’t feel like I’m missing much.
Anyways, It’s 4/20, so I’m going out with the BMI staff to promote @ the Dundas Square Smokeout… Buttons and Tray Flyers for all!
Here is some classic tech nonsense as well, because I’ve been on a binge with this stuff lately. It gets me super rowdy at the gym, and generally sets the day up to be #unfuckwithable. Can’t say I never gave you anything.
DCS905 turns 6 today!
Yup! Second weekend of April is our birthday broadcast. Tonight we’re getting started at the CIUT studio, then stumbling over to Total Science to keep the party going. Come get mental!
